We ask that you double check that you have completed the medication section on the front side of the emergency form. Additionally, it is required to have an active emergency form on file so please make sure the pink emergency form is filled out and returned. Students will not be assigned a Chromebook until the Acceptable Use Policy has been signed and returned. Please make sure those items are completed and returned by Tuesday, September 5th. Students will return to us on Tuesday, September 5th.Īll students should have brought home a white folder this week with many items that need to be filled out. We had a great first week with our students! We want to remind everyone that there is no school on Friday, September 1st or Monday, September 4th. Thank you for supporting Woodbridge Middle School.
